Brian Tolan serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Patriot Home Funding, Inc. and is responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for the company.   Brian is a results oriented sales and marketing executive with 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.   Brian brings a rare combination of experience, skills, and talent that set him apart from most people in the Mortgage industry. His entrepreneurial spirit pushes him to find solutions and get things done, but while having a corporate savvy that allows him to navigate the difficult waters of a Fortune 500 company.  

Brian is skilled in consultative selling and building relationships at the corporate suite level. He possesses the ability to direct sales process across multiple departments and decision makers. Brian has a proven track record for eclipsing sales goals, rapidly expanding business base and ensuring internal/external customer satisfaction. He is a catalyst for implementing positive change, igniting stagnant operations, and facilitating multi-million dollar sales growth in diverse real estate and hospitality markets.   

His immense personal business experience, consulting, and corporate experience allow him to make extremely effective and balanced decisions in a fast moving environment.   Brian was born in Columbia South Carolina in 1962. 

Brian started his career in the Real Estate industry in 1980 and has served in Executive level positions since 1988.    Early in his career Brian built and sold two marketing companies.  Brian has developed two different RV resorts and sold both as individual lots (800) to RV'rs across the country.  Brian has worked internationally on a number of projects and is responsible for the planning, build-out, start up, and execution of twenty-two (22) different offsite sales operations in eight (8) countries.  

Brian is more passionate about his family than everything else in his life and dedicates himself to a quality of life with his family of two children Lauren and Jacob, and his wife Rashelle who he has been happily married to for over twenty years.   Brian enjoys camping and sports with his children, great food, traveling, and the benefit of close friends.  Brian has traveled to over thirty countries.
