Pierce Outlaw, co-owner and Vice President of Patriot Home Funding, is a native of McRae, Ga. and has been a mortgage lender in the Greater Orlando area for 22 years. 
 
He is a graduate of Georgia College and State University with a BBA in Marketing, and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.

Pierce has extensive experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and construction lending having closed over $60,000,000 in mortgages in the past two years and over $150,000,000 since 2000. He is also an expert in down payment assistance lending, having conducted numerous first time home buyer seminars and realtor education and training sessions. Pierce is an associate member of the Greater Orlando Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

In addition to his extensive mortgage experience, Pierce played on the 2001 USSSA and 2005 ASA National slow pitch softball Champion Russell’s Paint and Body teams and the 2002-2003 NSA National Champion Team Easton 40 . He was an ASA and NSA All American in 1997, was MVP of the ISA State Championship in 1990, MVP of the USSSSA State Championship in 1994 and MVP of the Sunshine State Games in 1998.  

Pierce is married and is an avid fisherman and boater.
